How to play Pawa6?
Is Pawa6 really FREE to play every round?

Pawa6 is free to play provided you’ve made a deposit since opening your betPawa account and have placed a Sports or Virtuals bet in the previous 7 days. If you meet this criteria, you’ll be able to enter the latest round. Any attempts to create additional accounts to make multiple entries may result in a permanent ban.

How much can the top 10,000 win in each round?

The top 10,000 Ugandan players in each round will be paid as follows:

Position | Payout

  • Jackpot (6/6): UGX100,000,000
  • 1: UGX900,000
  • 2: UGX350,000
  • 3: UGX150,000
  • 4-10: UGX75,000 each
  • 11-25: UGX35,000 each
  • 26-100: UGX9,000 each
  • 101-1000: UGX3,500 each
  • 1000-5000: UGX1,500 each
  • 5001-10000: UGX1,000 each

To win the Jackpot, a participant must correctly predict the scores of all 6 matches and achieve 30 points.

When two or more customers have the same number of points for first place, the following criteria will be used to determine the ranking:

  • Golden Goal Time: The customer whose Golden Goal prediction is closest to the actual time of the first goal will be ranked higher.
  • Prediction Time: If the Golden Goal predictions are the same or equally close, the customer who submitted their predictions earlier will be ranked higher.

If players remain tied after considering both the Golden Goal time and the prediction submission time, they will share the first prize.

Note: If a user changes his prediction, the time of the most recent change will be taken into account in the calculations. To rank higher, it is advisable to place predictions as early as possible and avoid make changes during the round.

Prizes will be paid into the winning customers’ betPawa accounts. Prizes are not transferable under any circumstances and will expire after 14 days of being deposited into the winners’ accounts. Prizes can be used on any betPawa products or withdrawn to the mobile wallet of the account holders.

How do I get my prize?

Prizes will be paid into the winning customers’ betPawa accounts. Payments will not be transferable under any circumstances and will expire after 14 days. Prizes can be used on any betPawa products or withdrawn to the matching mobile wallet of the account holder. You may be asked to verify your identity before being paid out to ensure your entry was legitimate and legal.

What is the "Golden Goal"?

There are no points for correctly predicting a Golden Goal: this is your prediction of the minute when the first goal will be scored in any of the 6 Pawa6 matches, using any number between 1 and 90. This prediction serves as a tiebreaker to determine the finishing positions in the Pawa6 round in situations where customers have the same number of total points.

When 2 or more customers in first place have the same number of points, the following criteria will be used to determine the final ranking:

  • Golden Goal Prediction: The customer whose Golden Goal prediction is closer to the actual time of the first goal will be placed higher. This can be used to determine who wins the first prize.
  • User's Prediction Time: If the customers remain tied after considering the Golden Goal (either they picked the same Golden Goal time or their picks were an identical distance from the correct answer), the ranking will then consider the user's Prediction Time. The user who submitted their predictions earlier will be placed higher.

If players remain tied even after considering both the Golden Goal and the User's Prediction Time, they will split the first prize.
For other positions, the same criteria will apply, but there will be no split of prizes.

The timing of goals scored will be recorded as follows:

01 sec - 1m:00s = 1st minute,
1m:01s – 2m:00s = 2nd minute, and so on.

For example, if you pick 6 for the Golden Goal, the first goal should be scored between 5m:01s and 6m:00s.

Note: If a user changes their prediction time, the most recent change will be used in the calculations. For instance, if a user places a prediction at 6 PM and then changes it at 7 PM, the 7 PM time will be the one that counts. To rank higher, it's advisable to place predictions early and avoid making changes during the round.

How is Pawa6 scored?

Predictions are for Full Time only (90 minutes + injury time). Overtime is not included.

Each Pawa6 round includes 6 matches. You receive 5 points for predicting the correct score. If you predict the correct result but not the exact score (e.g., predicting Arsenal to win 1-0 and they win 3-1), you receive 2 points.

The Golden Goal prediction is used as a tiebreaker when two or more players have the same total points. The player whose Golden Goal prediction is closer to the actual time of the first goal will be ranked higher.

If players remain tied after considering the Golden Goal (either they picked the same Golden Goal time or their picks were an identical distance from the correct answer), the user who submitted their predictions earliest will be ranked higher. This applies to cases where multiple users have the same total points, Golden Goal prediction.

To win the Jackpot, a participant must correctly predict the scores of all 6 matches, earning the maximum 30 points. The user's prediction time is also recorded and used in the event of a tie when determining the Jackpot winner.

All entries can be edited up to 1 hour before the first match kicks off, via both the betPawa website and app. If you edit your prediction, the last submitted time will be considered for ranking purposes. Once the entries close, you cannot change your predictions. Attempting to change entries after the cutoff will result in immediate disqualification and banning of your account.

You need at least 2 points to qualify for a prize, meaning the Golden Goal tiebreaker and user's prediction time are not used for participants with 0 points.

To take part in a Pawa6 round, you must submit predictions for the scores of all 6 matches in the round and submit your Golden Goal prediction. All scores will be verified before prizes are issued.
